At the helm of Jabulani Consulting, my approach is to infuse joy and effectiveness into sales and leadership practices. Leveraging my credentials as a Certified Coach and expertise in business transformation, I guide business owners and sales leaders toward predictable and fulfilling outcomes. My three decades of recent role as Go-to-Market Lead for Sales Operations at Capgemini honed my skills in driving strategic initiatives and optimizing sales processes.

The organization’s mission aligns with my dedication to empowering individuals, fostering talent development, and orchestrating change that resonates across global teams. By doing so, we achieve business growth and personal and professional fulfillment.

With over three decades of experience in diverse business roles, I have honed a strong focus on business development and organizational growth with my high-energy, action-oriented approach.

My academic journey encompasses four degrees from four continents – in management, business, industrial engineering, and a doctorate in Sales Management, reflecting my global mindset. This international perspective is pivotal to my work as I highly value diversity and the unique insights everyone brings. As a business growth strategist, I aim to empower entrepreneurs and like-minded leaders to gain clarity and confidence in their personal and professional pursuits. I am committed to providing business coaching and consulting services that help clients harness their strengths and establish effective systems for achieving clarity and focus. As a certified Coach, I am uniquely positioned to tailor my approach to your needs, driving more meaningful and personalized success. Prabhat Bhootra

Operations & IT Lead

Prabhat Bhootra came on board to provide support across the administrative, finance, customer success, IT, and AI integration domains. He works tirelessly to ensure that the operations run seamlessly and that nothing falls through the cracks.

On a Presidential Scholarship, he completed his bachelor’s degree in science with Dual Majors in Economics and Computer Science from Trinity College, Hartford, CT. He spent three years at a software giant, and then the entrepreneurial bug bit him, so he joined Jabulani Consulting LLC as a member.

Pranay Bhootra

Business Development & Marketing Lead

Pranay Bhootra came on board to provide support in the creation of marketing collateral and Intellectual Property. He is dedicated to ensuring Jabulani gets the recognition it deserves. Attracting customers is his objective.

His expertise lies in sales, data insights, B2B customer interaction, and Project/Program management. On a Presidential Scholarship, he completed his bachelor’s degree in science with a Major in Mathematical Economics from the University of Richmond, Virginia. He spent two years at Procter & Gamble and is now pursuing his MBA at New York University (NYU Stern).
