My three decades of recent role as Go-to-Market Lead for Sales Operations at Capgemini honed my skills in driving strategic initiatives and optimizing sales processes.

My academic journey encompasses four degrees from four continents – in management, business, industrial engineering, and a doctorate in Sales Management, reflecting my global mindset. This international perspective is pivotal to my work as I highly value diversity and the unique insights everyone brings.

Prabhat Bhootra is the Chief Operating Officer. He came on board to provide support across the administrative, finance, marketing, and customer success domains. He works tirelessly to ensure that the operations run seamlessly and that nothing falls through the cracks.
His expertise lies in Information Technology and Project/Program management. He completed his bachelor’s degree in science with Dual Majors in Economics and Computer Science from Trinity College, Hartford, CT on a Presidential Scholarship. He spent three years at a software giant, and then the entrepreneurial bug bit him, so he joined Jabulani Consulting LLC as a member.

Pranay Bhootra is the Chief Marketing Operating Officer. He came on board to provide ideas and take ownership of spreading the word on Jabulani Consulting LLC. He is working on how we are engaged on social media, what marketing initiatives we use, and what external vendors we work with.
His expertise lies in marketing, product insights, customer interaction, and Project/Program management. On a Presidential Scholarship, he completed his bachelor’s degree in science with a Major in Mathematical Economics from the University of Richmond, Virginia. He spent two years at Proctor & Gamble and working on his MBA at New York University. The entrepreneurial bug bit him, so he joined Jabulani Consulting LLC as a member.
